I'm a certified Senior ServiceNow Developer (CSA · CIS-ITSM) building enterprise ITSM solutions since March 2017, across financial services, insurance, aerospace, and consulting. I've held senior engineering roles at ServiceNow itself, ManTech supporting NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and currently at NewRocket — where I architect Service Portal experiences for clients across CSM and ITSM. My focus is on Service Portal, Flow Designer, platform integrations, and full-cycle automation. I also integrate AI-assisted development using Claude Code and prompt engineering, consistently delivering faster and higher-quality results.

On a personal note, I live in San Diego, where I've learned Kung Fu, Krav Maga, sailing, and voice acting. I can also juggle - yes, really. I've traveled through 46 states and 5 countries - I highly recommend Santorini and Naxos. From time to time, I play guitar - not enough to go pro, but just enough to say I play.
